Final assessment
Capstone assignment
A comprehensive digital document (Enterprise Blueprint and Launch Plan) submitted directly to the Examination Council. No live presentation or written exam is required.
To graduate and prove readiness for a BBA or BSc degree, students will build a fully functional, comprehensive enterprise development plan. The specific industry context, market condition, or business scale will be determined by the Trident Campus Examination Council and lecturers prior to Month 6. Students must apply that assigned scenario to one of the following practical tracks:
Track A
The Startup Venture (New Enterprise Creation)
Submit a comprehensive "Startup Business Plan and Pitch Deck." The student must document a complete strategy for launching a brand-new company in the assigned industry. This includes the finalized Business Model Canvas, a verified MVP testing strategy, a 1-year financial projection, and an investor-ready pitch deck.
Track B
The Scale-Up Strategy (SME Expansion)
Submit an "Enterprise Scaling & Expansion Blueprint." The student will receive a dossier on a successful small business that has hit a growth plateau. The student must analyze the data and submit a detailed strategic plan to expand the business into a new geographic market, launch a major new product line, or restructure operations for mass scale.
Track C
The Corporate Innovation Initiative (Intrapreneurship)
Submit a "Corporate Venture Proposal." The student will be assigned a scenario within a large, traditional corporation that is losing market share to agile startups. The student must design a new internal startup division, mapping out the product concept, the required budget, the internal operational workflow, and the executive pitch required to get the project greenlit by the board of directors.
