These terms and conditions govern your use of the Trident Campus website and the services offered through it, including applications of interest, enquiries, programme information and certificate verification.

Trident Campus was incorporated on 23 January 2024 as a private limited liability company under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007. Our registered address is No. 10, Fernando Road, Panadura, Sri Lanka.

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Submitting an application of interest or an enquiry through this website is not an offer of admission and does not reserve a place in any programme. Admission is confirmed only by the campus in writing.

Programme availability, delivery arrangements and admission requirements are set by the campus and may change. The information published on this website is provided for guidance and does not by itself form a contract of enrolment.

Where you are admitted and enrol in a programme, the enrolment agreement between you and the campus, together with any fee schedule provided at that time, governs your studies.

The certificate verification service on this website is provided to allow third parties to confirm the status of a certificate we have issued, using the exact certificate ID printed on the document.

Verification results reflect our records at the time of the query. A revoked certificate may be reported as inactive.

Certificates are the property of the campus and are issued to named recipients. Misrepresenting a certificate, altering it, or presenting another person's certificate as your own is a serious misuse of our services.

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not submit false information, impersonate others, attempt to access records that are not yours, probe or disrupt the website's security, or use automated tools to submit forms or extract data.

We may suspend access to the website or its services where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

The Trident Campus name, logo, website content, programme materials and syllabuses are the property of Trident Campus or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This website links to services such as WhatsApp for convenience. Your use of those services is governed by the relevant provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all published details are complete and current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trident Campus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
