Trident Campus operates this website. We started in 2021 and were incorporated on 23 January 2024 as a private limited liability company under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007. Our registered address is No. 10, Fernando Road, Panadura, Sri Lanka.

Application of interest form: your name, email address, phone number and the programme you are interested in.

Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number and your message.

Certificate verification: the certificate ID you enter. This is matched against our records and does not create a profile of you.

Staff accounts: staff members who sign in provide a name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form.

Basic technical records, such as the time a form was submitted, may be retained with each submission for record-keeping and to prevent abuse.

To respond to your application or enquiry and guide you through admissions.

To manage your enrolment, studies and certificate records if you become a student.

To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and misuse of our forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Form submissions and certificate records are stored in our secured cloud database with strict access controls: only authorised staff can read them, and website visitors cannot browse, list or edit records.

We only share personal information with service providers who host our website and database, and only to the extent needed to operate the site.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the campus, our students or others.

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information you submitted through this website, or ask what information we hold about you, by writing to info@tridentcampus.com.

You are not required to provide any information simply to browse the website; only the forms you choose to submit collect information.

If you verify a certificate, the request itself is not linked to you unless you are the certificate holder and you contact us about it.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

Where analytics or security features are used, they are limited to understanding aggregate site usage and protecting the site.

Our website links to services such as WhatsApp. When you follow those links, the receiving service's own privacy policy applies to your interaction with it.
