Payment Policy

This Payment Policy governs all transactions made to Trident Campus (Pvt) Ltd for educational courses and related services. By enrolling in a course, students agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

All fees are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Students may choose between two payment plans.

Option A – Full upfront payment: Students who pay the entire course fee in a single upfront payment upon enrolment receive a full waiver of the standard registration fee.

Option B – Installment plan: Students may split the course fee into two equal installments.

Initial payment: a one-time Registration Fee of Rs. 3,500/= plus the 1st installment (50% of the course fee) at the time of enrolment.

Second payment: the remaining balance (50% of the course fee) must be paid in full during the following month, on or before the specified due date.

All payments made to Trident Campus, including registration fees and course fees, are strictly non-refundable.

In extenuating circumstances, a student may submit a formal refund request to the Management.

The approval or denial of any refund request is entirely at the discretion of the Management.

The Management's decision regarding refunds is final and binding, and is not subject to further informal appeal or legal dispute.

Timely payment of the second installment is required to maintain access to the enrolled course.

If a student fails to make the second installment payment by the due date, Trident Campus will issue three (3) official payment reminders.

If the outstanding payment is not settled after the third notification, the student's access to the course and all associated learning materials will be immediately terminated.

If a student's course access has been terminated due to payment failure, they may request reactivation subject to the following conditions:

The student must pay a reactivation penalty fine of Rs. 5,000/=.

The student must pay the entire remaining balance of their course fee.

Both the fine and the outstanding balance must be settled in one single payment before course access is restored. Installment plans are no longer available for reactivated accounts.

Trident Campus is committed to protecting your financial information. We use secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We do not collect, process or store your credit card, debit card or personal banking data on our systems.

Trident Campus reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on the website and will apply to all future enrolments and payments.
