Full 24-week curriculum
This 24-week, 100% online curriculum is designed to transform absolute beginners into capable business professionals. The syllabus bridges the gap between theoretical management principles and practical, modern business operations. By the end of this course, students will have the strategic thinking, financial literacy, and operational skills required to launch their own venture or transition directly into a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or BSc in Business Management program. The course is strictly highly practical and project-based. There are absolutely no written exams. Final assessment
Capstone assignment
A comprehensive digital document (Business Plan & Financial Model) submitted directly to the Examination Council. No live presentation or written exam is required.
To graduate and prove readiness for a BBA or BSc degree, students will build a fully functional, comprehensive business plan. The specific industry context, market condition, or business scale will be determined by the Trident Campus Examination Council and lecturers prior to Month 6. Students must apply that assigned scenario to one of the following practical tracks:
Track A
The Startup Launch Plan (Entrepreneurship)
Submit a comprehensive digital "Business Plan" for a brand-new company within the assigned industry. The student must document the executive summary, market research, detailed operational workflow, marketing strategy, and provide a fully calculated 12-month financial projection (Income Statement and Cash Flow) proving the business can achieve profitability.
Track B
The Corporate Turnaround Strategy (Consulting)
Submit a "Strategic Audit & Turnaround Blueprint." The student will receive a dossier on a failing company from the lecturers (e.g., poor cash flow, high employee turnover, outdated marketing). The student must analyze the data, identify the root causes of the failure, and submit a detailed, step-by-step strategic plan to restructure the HR, Operations, and Financial departments to save the company.
Track C
The Market Expansion Project (Executive Management)
Submit a "Market Entry & Scaling Strategy." The student will be given a scenario of a successful local business that wants to expand internationally or launch a massive new product line. The student must submit a detailed project management plan outlining the supply chain logistics, the international marketing strategy, the new organizational hiring structure, and the budget required for the expansion.
